Para todos aquellos interesados en ofrecer sus servicios como programador / buscar programadores capaces de llevar adelante sus proyectos de software, me encontré con el siguiente site, RentaCoder.
RentaCoder crea un mercado donde ambas partes se encuentran y realizan transacciones mediante el sistema de subasta. Sabía que existian estos sitios pero nunca los había visto en persona. Me hace pensar si existe sistema más transparente y por ende competitivo que este.

Thanks for your input. Obviously you should be aware of the limitations of "rent a coder". I would never use such a site for a bigger/serious project.
